Priority Rating

Critical

Critical tasks take precedence over all others. They should be completed first and should not be carried over to subsequent months. They should be completed even if they run over the monthly allowance and are to be charged at the hourly rate.

Priority

Priority tasks are to be completed before standard tasks, but unlike critical tasks, they can be carried over to the next month’s allowance rather than incurring hourly charges.

Standard

Standard tasks are the tasks that you want completed, but they aren’t urgent. They should be completed after the priority and critical tasks and carried over to subsequent months if not completed.

Communication Guide

Reading emails and identifying issues like typos can take time. If we can’t easily understand your message, it may affect your hourly allowance. To help, we’ve created a guide to explain where issues are located so you can communicate more clearly with us.

Your website domain is your main online address, like fartsake.com. A URL, however, refers to a specific page or section within that website, such as fartsake.com/services/.

To quickly indicate where an issue is, you can use the website’s structure—simply copy and paste the URL from your browser bar. Here’s how it works:

  • / refers to the homepage, sometimes called the root.
  • /services/ specifies exactly which page you’re referring to.

Here are a few more examples:

  • / (Homepage)
  • /services/
  • /about/
  • /our-work/

This method ensures we’re on the same page—literally—when addressing your issues.

Website Map

Here, we look at how to break down the structure of a website so we can quickly address the issue.

Starting from the top, we have

  • The Menu
  • The Hero or Header
  • The Body
    • Titles
    • Sections
  • The Footer
